From “running low” to “back in stock”
Four steps, all inside your Shopify admin.
Install
Restocka reads your products, stock and the last 60 days of sales. The first sync takes a minute or two.
Set delivery times
Suppliers are already created from your Vendors. Add each one’s delivery time and minimum order once.
Order
Pick products on the reorder list. Restocka makes one purchase order per supplier and sends it with the PDF.
Receive and label
Count the delivery, full or partial. Stock goes into Shopify at your location, then print the barcode labels.
Everything you need to reorder
Built for stores that buy from suppliers: planning, ordering, receiving and labelling in one app.
A reorder list that knows delivery times
Daily sales from the last 30 or 60 days, your supplier’s delivery time and your safety days decide what runs out before the next delivery could arrive. “Order now” and “Order this week”, with days left and how many to order.
Purchase orders per supplier
Select products and Restocka makes one purchase order for each supplier, with their SKUs and costs. Download the PDF or email it to the supplier.
Full or partial receiving
Count what arrived. It’s added to your Shopify stock at the location you choose; the rest stays open until it comes.
Code 128 barcode labels
Labels with title, variant, SKU and price. A4 sheets with 3 × 8 labels, or 57 × 32 mm for Dymo, Zebra and Brother printers.
Suppliers from your Vendors
One supplier for each Vendor, created for you. Set delivery time, minimum order, pack size and email once.
CSV export and import
Export the reorder list and purchase orders. Import a purchase order from a CSV with sku, quantity and cost.
A dashboard for your stock
What runs out before delivery, what to order this week, open purchase orders and your stock value, at a glance.
Your rules, your numbers
Choose 30 or 60 days of sales, safety days, days of stock after delivery and which locations count. Tag a product do-not-reorder to leave it out.
The math, in plain words
Reorder point = daily sales × (delivery time + safety days). Order quantity = daily sales × (delivery time + days of stock after delivery + safety days) − stock − already on order, then raised to the supplier’s minimum and rounded up to the pack size.
Shopify is retiring Stocky. Your reordering doesn’t have to stop.
Restocka covers the Stocky jobs merchants use every week. There’s nothing to set up from scratch: suppliers come from your Vendors and sales and stock come straight from Shopify.

Questions
I used Stocky. What do I need to do?
Install Restocka and check your suppliers’ delivery times – suppliers are created from your Vendors, and sales and stock come straight from Shopify. Open purchase orders from Stocky can be imported as CSV with the columns sku, quantity and cost.
How does Restocka decide what to reorder?
It divides each product’s sales of the last 30 or 60 days by the days to get daily sales. When your stock plus what’s already on order would run out before a new delivery could arrive – the supplier’s delivery time plus your safety days – it says “Order now”. A week before that it says “Order this week”.
How many does it suggest?
Enough for the supplier’s delivery time, the days of stock you want after delivery and your safety days, minus what you have and what’s already on order. Then it’s raised to the supplier’s minimum order and rounded up to the pack size.
Can I receive part of a delivery?
Yes. Enter what arrived; it’s added to your Shopify stock at the location you choose, and the order stays “Partially received” until the rest comes. You can also close it if the rest won’t come.
Which label printers work?
Any printer your computer can print to. Use A4 label sheets with 3 × 8 labels, or a label printer such as Dymo, Zebra or Brother with 57 × 32 mm labels.
What happens when I have more variants than my plan?
Your best sellers – by units sold in the last 60 days – get suggestions up to the plan’s limit. The rest are listed as “Not planned” until you change plan. Purchase orders, receiving and labels keep working.
Does Restocka see my customers?
No. It reads products, inventory, locations and the quantities sold on orders of the last 30 or 60 days – never names, emails or addresses.
How does billing work?
Shopify bills you in USD with your Shopify invoice. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, yearly plans get 2 months free, and there is no commission or per-order fee.
Never run out before the next delivery
Restocka is free for up to 50 variants. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial.
