Privacy policy
Restocka is a Shopify app by LooLon for reorder planning, purchase orders, receiving and barcode labels. This policy explains what data Restocka processes.
What Restocka reads from Shopify
- Products and inventory – titles, variants, SKUs, barcodes, vendors, prices, costs, images, tags and stock per location.
- Orders – only the order date and the quantity sold per product variant, to calculate sales speed. Restocka does not request or store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or addresses.
- Locations – names of your stock locations.
What Restocka stores
- A copy of your product and stock data listed above, refreshed daily and on changes.
- Units sold per variant in the last 30 and 60 days (totals only, no individual orders).
- Suppliers, purchase orders, receiving history and settings that you enter.
- The shop domain, store name and contact email, and the access token Shopify gives the app.
Emails to suppliers
When you send a purchase order, Restocka emails it to the supplier address you enter, from your store name with your store email as the reply address. Supplier contact details you enter are business contacts and are used only for this.
Where data is processed
Restocka's server runs in the European Union (Germany). Emails are sent through Google Workspace. Billing is handled by Shopify; we receive no card or bank details.
Security
- All traffic uses HTTPS (TLS). Daily backups are encrypted (AES-256), kept for 30 days and then deleted.
- Only the Restocka developer can access store data, for support. Server access uses SSH keys only.
Security incidents
If we learn of a security incident that affects your data, we contain it immediately, investigate it and notify affected merchants without undue delay, within 72 hours at the latest.
Deletion
- Restocka holds no customer personal data, so customer data requests and deletion requests from Shopify have nothing to return or delete.
- When you uninstall Restocka, the app loses access immediately. All data for the store is deleted after Shopify's shop-redact request, 48 hours after uninstalling.
